Stable Rock Services provides tax, advisory, and consulting services to clients and is not a licensed CPA firm. Stable Rock Attest, pursuant to an administrative services agreement ("ASA") with Stable Rock Services, leases professional and administrative staff, both of which are employed by Stable Rock Services, to support Stable Rock Attest's performance of those engagements. These leased individuals are under the direct control and supervision of Stable Rock Attest, which is solely responsible for the professional performance of audit and attest engagements.
